Training & Education

Natural Business Excellence™ (NBE™) and its applications are trained via the by the Institute of Natural Business Excellence’s certified Gold and Platinum partners only. Further knowledge on the subject matter is built through the application of the theories, methods and tools on projects and within organizations. The certification programme clarifies how you can develop from a White Sand Trainee to a Full Moon Master, and beyond. It also clarifies how certifications from other project management institutes and Six Sigma can be used to start at a more advanced level in the programme.

The training of Natural Business Excellence™ and its applications has been built around A1 Integrated Project Management™. It consists of the following programmes:

• Level 0: one-day A1 Integrated Project Management™ programme to familiarize yourself with the general A1™ concepts, the six A1™ modules, the related subject matter and applications
  Note: individuals who are certified project practitioner or manager with another project management institute and present the respective certificates are exempted from this level. The same goes for Six Sigma yellow and green belts
• Level 1: five-day A1 Integrated Project Management™ programme to learn the A1™ concepts, the six A1™ modules, the related subject matter and applications
• Level 2: does not consist of training, but of proof of application on the subject matter
• Level 3: does not consist of training, but of proof of application on the subject matter
  Note: individuals who already are certified senior project manager or director with another project management institute and present the respective certificates are exempted of levels 0 to 3. The same goes for certified Six Sigma black belts and master black belts
• Level 4: five-day A1 Integrated Project Management™ advanced module training. The respective modules are People Management, Quality Management, Process Management, Content Management, Change Management and Control Management
• Level 5: does not consist of training, but of proof of advanced application on the subject matter
• Level 6: upon successful completion of at least three advanced module trainings (see level 4) this level is obtained
• Level 7: does not consist of training, but of proof of advanced application on the subject matter, or research on the subject matter
• Level 8: does not consist of further training or proof of application, but is on invitation basis only
