“When an Office Manager gets hungry she will start feeling a bit lightheaded. If she is busy, she might choose to ignore the feeling and continue to work. In case she decides to eat though she will think of what to eat, where to eat, how much time she has and whether she has enough money in her purse. Once she confirms everything to be ok, the Office Manager will get up, quickly visit the bathroom, walk to the canteen, select the food, walk to the cashier, pay the bill, join her colleagues, eat the food, talk a bit more with her colleagues, return the tray, and walk back to her desk. While walking back she evaluates the lunch for a second while rubbing her belly.”

C4™ stands for Correct, Complete, Consistent and Clear, and teaches what quality means to different kinds of people and activities, and how quality is delivered in everything one does. The ultimate application of C4 sees to it that nothing during the process is forgotten, and that all involved parties are completely satisfied
C6 - Advanced Process Quality
C6™ stands for Correct, Complete, Consistent, Clear, Conclusive and Coherent, and teaches how to deliver quality in an efficient as possible manner to ensure that deadlines are met while achieving the highest level of quality
P10 - Aligned Preparation
P10&trade is a dynamic mind model that consists of 10 elements that each start with a "P". It enables an optimal preparation of any activity one is about to do. The model sees to it that upfront a complete understanding is created of the task that lies ahead, and that an alignment takes place of everybody who will be involved. Since the 10 elements relate to each other, the model enables intelligent knowledge enhancement. P10™ is also used to hand over a task from one team to another
