Certification

Natural Business Excellence™ (NBE™) and its applications are trained via the by the Institute of Natural Business Excellence’s certified Gold and Platinum partners only. Further knowledge on the subject matter is built through the application of the theories, methods and tools on projects and within organizations. The below certification programme clarifies how you can develop from a White Sand Trainee to a Full Moon Master, and beyond. It also clarifies how certifications from other project management institutes and Six Sigma can be used to start at a more advanced level in the programme.

The certification of Natural Business Excellence™ and its applications has been built around A1 Integrated Project Management™. It consists of the following levels:

• Level 0: White Sand Trainee: obtained upon attendance of respective A1 Integrated Project Management™ programme
  Note: individuals who are certified project practitioner or manager with another project management institute and present the respective certificates are exempted from this level. The same goes for Six Sigma yellow and green belts
• Level 1: Lime Stone Practitioner: obtained upon successful examination after respective A1 Integrated Project Management™ programme (also see important notice below)
• Level 2: Red Rock Professional: obtained upon acceptance of respective proof of application (also see important notice below)
• Level 3: Green Forest Professional: obtained upon acceptance of respective proof of application (also see important notice below)
  Note: individuals who already are certified senior project manager or director with another project management institute and present the respective certificates are exempted of levels 0 to 3. The same goes for certified Six Sigma black belts and master black belts
• Level 4: Silver Cloud Specialist: obtained upon successful examination after respective A1 Integrated Project Management™ programme (also see important notice below)
• Level 5: Blue Sky Specialist: obtained upon acceptance of respective proof of application (also see important notice below)
• Level 6: Rising Sun Specialist: obtained upon successful examinations after respective A1 Integrated Project Management™ programmes (also see important notice below)
• Level 7: Full Moon Master: obtained upon acceptance of respective proof of application or thesis (also see important notice below)
• Level 8: Aurora Light Grand Master: upon invitation only (also see important notice below)
