It shows their unique ways of looking at life, different approaches to situations that occur, and the ways how they co-operate (or don't co-operate) with each other.

They go with the flow. Content People are typically very organized, more individually minded, and live by rules, regulations and procedures. They will get something done according to a prepared path, step-by-step. For any company it is critical to recognize these two opposites of people.
